You should receive your purchases in 3 to 7 business days after confirmation of your order. Delivery hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To initiate a cancellation, refund, or replacement request, please email service@twoplushealth.com. You will receive a form to be filled out.
Once twoplus™ has received your form, you will be notified if your request is approved or not. If the cancellation, refund, or replacement is approved, twoplus™ will process the reimbursement using the same payment method employed by you for the initial transaction.
